What the product changes

Couples can share one invitation link and keep replies and seating work together instead of coordinating disconnected paper, message and spreadsheet workflows.

Verified stack

Next.js · React · TypeScript · Firebase · responsive browser UI · state-driven drag-and-drop planning

Build & architecture

The web application separates the public invitation and RSVP experience from the private event workspace, while shared application models keep invitation, guest and seating data connected.

  1. 01Public guest flowA shareable invitation and RSVP experience that works in the browser without an account or app install.
  2. 02Event workspaceReact interfaces for invitation editing, guest administration and visual drag-and-drop seating.
  3. 03Application dataFirebase-backed event, guest, response and seating state shared across the planning workflow.

What I owned

I scoped, designed, built and shipped the complete product—from UX and application flows through frontend, backend, data, deployment and ongoing maintenance.

  • 01

Make an invitation easy to personalize and share as a link.

  • 02

Collect guest replies through a clear online RSVP flow.

  • 03

Keep guest status and event information in one manageable place.

  • 04

Make table planning visual rather than dependent on a manual spreadsheet.

03

The manual workflow

Paper invitations, manually collected RSVP replies and spreadsheet seating plans make wedding organization harder to update and coordinate than it needs to be.

04

How the product responds

Klikni Dolazim provides customizable digital invitations, online RSVP, guest administration and a visual way to organize tables and seating.

Challenge & decisions

Engineering challenge

The invitation, RSVP list and seating plan all represent the same event, so a change in one place must remain consistent everywhere else. I modeled guest status and table assignment as shared application state instead of separate view-only data. That required stricter state rules, but made edits predictable across the complete workflow.

Decisions I made

  • Use shareable web invitations so guests can respond from their phone without installing an application.
  • Keep invitation editing, replies and guest administration connected to the same event.
  • Represent the venue and tables visually to make seating changes easier to understand.
  • Use drag-and-drop guest placement for direct manipulation during table planning.
